Princess Diana was divorced from Prince Charles, the son of the Queen [his title is Prince of Wales]...and later died in an auto wreck in Paris approximately 10 years ago. So Princess D. was the Queen's ex daughter-in-law--and mother of Charles' two sons, Harry and William.

No. Diana was part of the Spencer family. Queen Elizabeth's family included Prince Charles, Prince Harry, Prince William, and the Duke. Princess Diana of Wales married Prince Charles.
