Pour some vinegar in your drain. I just did it last week. Vinegar will clear all your pipes and drains.

After you figure out which of these answers you want to use( for there are many correct ones here) to do a monthly maintnence, boil some water and vinegar 75% vinegar......pour baking soda in the drain in mind..1/2 box..then pour the boiling vinegar mixture over the drain/baking soda...this will also unclog minor clogsand will clean the pipes as well....but if the gunk you now have is like extremely bad..use a comercial cleaner first then maintain monthly with vinegar

The "best" that I have found is an industrial type, that has metal flakes (aluminum), in it and when the "perculating" action of the drain cleaner starts, the flakes swirl around and "cuts'' the grease up while the pipe heats up from the chemical reaction...
Now, if you get some type of draino and aluminum or metal shavings from some one who has a grinder and mix them together and pour in a drain, "that" should work, as it will heat the pipe up and though the grinder is "smaller" than the metal flakes in an industrial cleaner, it should help a bit.

Buy some Sodium hydroxide also known as Caustic Soda from the supermarket or the hardware store. It comes in liquid or crystals.
Just be careful when pouring it down your drain. Wear eye and breaking protection.

Caustic soda is the best to use. Use it with hot water. Take care it is lethal. Watch your eyes and your hands.Pour down pipes, then flush through with garden hose. Good Luck!

What we've used for years on the job was "Plumbers helper" in the gray industrial type from Home Depot. Follow directions and it'll do whatever is necessary for you.

GO BUY THRIFT, ITS HEAT ACTIVATED CRYSTALS.if that dont work call a plumber to run a cable. draino will make it worse

pressure washer , the other stuff dont work .just makes them smell better lol
