I want to know where the water stone is to evolve my eevee ive checked underground and there was no stone.?

It depends in your version too.
For diamond: water, moon, leaf stones are the rarest to find. I mean rarest because I have only 5 of each. You have to keep digging and digging until you find one.
When it comes to fire, sun, and thunder stones, I got about 30 each because I keep finding them.
