Mine now is either Antonia, Stuart, or Ms. Swan.

-Antonia because she tries to do simple tasks and does them wrong.
-Ms. Swan, same reason for Antonia and she makes people bust a vein.
-Stuart because he causes trouble and someone else gets the blame.

Definitely Stuart! The one where he's taking piano lessons just cracks me up everytime! His mom is a piece of work, too! She's just as funny as he is! lol :)

I think Stuart is one of the funniest that they have ever done. Ms. Swan is funny too, but sometimes just gets old.

Chyeah! Y'know what? Unh-UH!

No the best character bar none on mad TV was the Vancombe Lady!

""No, ma'am. I see that Star of David around your neck and since this is a Christian Holiday and you people murdered Jesus, I just can't let your kid sit on Santa's lap. Okay! Bye-Bye now. Shoo! La La La La!"

It mirrors the real attitude of so many people in customer service!
