You can only bid more than once on the same item if someone else bids after u (u can't bid over your own bid)
My advice - wait till the last minute to bid cuz if u bid when there is a lot of time left then someone might bid over u then u will end up paying more than u wanted.

If you are outbid, you can bid again. It is perfectly safe and acceptable to bid multiple times on the same item if the bid increases past your current price

Sure, you can bid as many times as you want to until the auction ends.

Yes, you can, but not right in a row. (You bid $x amount and up your bid to $x+y amount because you want to).
