car, close the door I hear a repeating clicking sound. It is similar to the sound you hear when you lock the doors using
the switch on the inside of the driver's door. Auto: Acura Legend LS 1994.

your in the right category,i think what your hearing is the automatic lock feature on it,and the relay is sticking on it,that's what usually causes this to happen,you can look in the relay center and usually they mark which relays do what on those cars,but it needs to be fixed, i had a Chevy burn up over that very same thing,the door locks kept on trying to lock,and it burned the wiring harness out of it,but id have it checked ,that's not good for it to keep doing that,good luck with it,if you happen to have a good Haynes repair manual around for that car,it tells the exact location of the relay for it,good luck hope this helps.

Solenoid is cycle ling, if door stays locked don't worry, if it doesn't lock, dealership to spend money. No shortcut here.
