every 2 years...i like to savour my showers so i only take 1 occasionally, nooooooooooooo!!!!!!! jk lol! i take 1 like every 2 days in winter, once a day in the summer

i shower 2-3 times a day.... once in the morning.... once in the afternoon if i was in the pool to remove all the chlorine..... and once at night....
