Can you call your mom at work, and ask her to order in the pizza? If not, ask your dad -- even if he has the flu, he can still order the pizza for you. Give him the number.
It sounds like you are in a difficult situation. Give your mom a shopping list tonight, and ask her to either buy the stuff, or give you some money so you can buy it. If she doesn't have the money, you may have to get a part-time job (babysitting, running errands for neighbors, walking dogs -- that sort of thing is available even for a kid. Or making a lemonade stand, but that takes money to start up.).
Also, check out the newspaper for community day camps. Some are free, and you might get fed a lunch there.
Good luck.

Can't you call your mom at work and tell her that your hungry - maybe she will call the order in for you OR YOU CAN Call your dad, ask how he is doing. I'm sure if you tell him whats going on and that your hungry - he will give you his card number or order the pizza for you. Never be afraid to ask your parents ANYTHING..... thats what they are there for..

It is hard to believe that a house doesn't have anything in the cabinets and refrigerator to come up with something to eat until the mom gets home? There is no flour, no eggs or milk or baking powder to mix up some pancakes or something? No can goods that you could open and improvise until mom gets home?

absolutely not. your dad is responsible for your well being. he'd probably be glad to do something for you. Don't ask him for a credit card but maybe a Gift Card from the pizza place. He won't give you his credit card number silly.

No. If you're hungry, it's not wrong to ask your parents for money to get food. Plus, pizza is only like $5.

I'm sure he wouldn't mind if you ordered a pizza. He'd probably be relieved that he doesn't have to worry about dinner.

Well if you have no food to eat your dad should probably know about it. He is your parent and feeding you is his responsibility.
