what levels would you reccomend for beating the elite four??? in pokemon diamond?

It dosen't matter. Because You can beat the elite four with level 40 and under (thats what i did) here is a List of the pokemon they will Use
Aaron--> Lv.53 Dustox, Lv. 54 Heracross, Lv.54 Vespiquen,Lv.53 Beautifly, and a Lv.54 Drapion
Bertha-->Lv.55 Quagsire, Lv.55 Whishcash, Lv.56 Hippodowon,Lv.57 Sudowudo, Lv.59 Golem
Flint-->Lv.58 Rapidash Lv.61 Infernape, Lv.57 Steelix, Lv.57 Lopunny, Lv.58 Driftblim
Lucian--> Lv.59 Mr.Mime, Lv.59 Girafarg, Lv.60Medicham Lv.60 Alakazam Lv.63 Brozong
Champion Chynthia--> Lv.61 Spirtomb Lv.66 Garchomp Lv.66 Lucario Lv.62 Milotic Lv.63 Roserade Lv.60 Gastrodon
So it's recomended you have 70-100 pokemon. Hope i helped!

I would say have a rounded team with levels at about 55. Some of the elite four have level 60 pokemon. So i would recomend you have yours close to that.

Gets the levels of your Pokemon to at least 50 to have a good chance of beating the E4
