They are, they are going after the Internet. They are wanting to tell you what you can drive, what you can eat, and what people you are going to support (illegals). I think they have gone far enough thank you.

I've been trying to get a law outlawing dihydrogen monoxide from water treatment plants. It's a highly dangerous chemical, responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths a year. If we get too much of it, we can go into respiratory failure! Not to mention that, when combined with certain chemicals, can cause fire, or even explosions.
Heck, you can even run a small current through it and make a chemical that is highly explosive and a gas... bad combo. You could leak that into places and blow them up! It's be like the Hindenburg all over again.

Just about the only thing the Constitution allows the federal government to do is to defend us against domesitc and foreign enemies. Everything else is the domain of the states.
The federal government needs to get out of our lives and let us live without their interference as long as we aren't hurting other people.
I don't smoke, but if I wanted to smoke 30 cartons of cigarettes and drink 10 bottles of Jack Daniels in my house every day it is none of the government's business.
