Can i run te tubing from my diy co2 system into the intake of my power filter?

I wouldn't. The build up of CO2 around the impeller and in the tube could cause the filter to stop.

Also, most of the CO2 will probably escape into the atmosphere before it gets into the tank to be used by the plants.
