Honey, I've got you covered here. I'm a theatre student and my emphasis is in theatrical makeup. For fair skin, you shades to run with are you more neutral-ed out red tones. For example: stick with you sheer pinks, light browns, frosted colors, peach tones, etc.. Stay away from dark colors. Dark colors will make you look weird with you being so fair-complected. Also, Just go wtih you natural lip color. if you have a nice peachy tone to your lips, just use a simple clear gloss. Trust me on this girl! I got your back! Much love!

The absolute best lip shade for fair skin is a glossy pinky-brown (mostly pink). It has to be frosty looking, and a tad lighter than the natural lip color. This looks great against my fair skin if I do say so myself :)â¥

well it depends on what colour ur eyes are and ur personality.
Id say if u have blue eyes then a lite pinky colour with a little sparkle or shine but with brown eyes a pink with a bit more depth. Dont throw out the others though coz red is great for night and clear is great for casual

A flattering lip color should match your skin tone - either warm or cool. Fair skin can have either tone.
Warm skin tones look best w/ warm colors - colors that have a yellow undertone. Warm toned people look better w/ gold jewelry & the veins on their wrists have a greenish cast.
Cool skin tones look best w/ cool colors - colors that have a blue undertone. Cool toned people look better w/ silver jewelry & the veins on their wrists have a blue appearance.
The easiest color to wear is one that is one shade darker than your lips or if you have pale lips, the inside of your lip. Sheer lip colors that are "your lips but better" look natural & help brighten your face w/o overwhelming it.

The other thing to consider is the intensity of your eye & hair color. Pink can look too pale on someone w/ dark brown eyes & dark hair. Red can be too overwhelming on someone w/ pale blue eyes & blondehair.

pink is best ... it makes ur skin look rosy and fresh.
clear would drown you out (hey u need some color) and red would be too dramatic.
