Probably nothing is wrong. They are just reacting to the new environment. The female may be carrying some eggs, just not enough to be really large.

Probably spawning, this is a typical breeding behavior of cory. They chase each other around after some time they assume the t position, then the female will deposit the eggs on leaves, tank wall or any vertical surfaces they find. Have a look out for translucent spheres (approx 1.5-2mm diameter)around the tank. The female don't have to be fat to carry eggs, although the fatter (rounder) the female the more eggs she lays.

I have had Panda Corys breed for me and it sounds like yours are doing that. After the "T" position you will see the female go around cleaning plants and smooth surfaces in you tank looking for a place to attach the egg. She will carry the egg around with her pelvic fins clamped together holding it till she has found he spot to attach the egg. It is usually on the bottom side of a plant leaf. My Pandas did it several times, and each time there was only one egg. Also the female never really got fat.
