As far as physical beauty, then NO... I don't believe every women has the potential. If a woman is unfortunately born with an ugly exterior facially, no matter how much cosmetics plastered on will help. There simply has to be some physical substance of beauty to some decent relative degree for further beauty to be accomplished. Yes, a kind women who's generous spirit shines through from beyond the exterior there can be something special about it. A woman once came into the store I worked in asking for bananas. She said she read somewhere that eating them will make one pretty. I started to think she's gonna need a lot of bananas. She said, looking at me directly, "I know what you're thinking... don't you say that". Yes, beauty is skin deep... thank God... and thank God for a women with beauty who's not self centered... a spoiled lil' princess.

Yes every woman does have the potential to be beautiful. But beauty is only skin deep, most people believe the outside is what matters. It's not.A woman can be beautiful on the outside and very hateful and mean on the inside,,,, and vicea versa, a woman who people would consider to be ugly could be a warm caring and beautiful person on the inside.

After reading some of the answers already posted, I'm a little disappointed in some of you. Just because a woman is overweight, for example, does NOT mean that they're beyond help. Just because someone is "an ogre" does NOT mean that they're not still beautiful.
In my opinion, yes... all women are beautiful in one way or another. Some, it may be their smile or eyes, others their personality and presence, but no woman is UGLY...

Yes I do whether it is inner or outer beauty. I do believe a woman's personality and characteristics is what makes her the most beautiful though. When she is a loving, caring, kind person then her inner beauty makes her more outwardly beautiful. If a woman is outwardly beautiful, but has a nasty disposition then it causes her outward beauty to diminish.

I absolutely agree with you. Every woman on earth does have the potential to be beautiful. Beauty does come from inside. It is what is inside the heart that counts.

Yes I think every woman on earth has the potenetial to be beautiful either on the inside or outside. A not so pretty looking woman might be really pretty on the inside, by being sweet, generous, and trustworthy. A really pretty woman might be really ugly on the inside by being snobby, rude, and selfish. But still pretty on the outside

well I personally am against make-up. it's ok sometimes and a little but when no one knows what you really look like then it's kind of...not beautiful. I think that Janis Joplin was stunning for example. No make-up, just natural, her personality. yes you're right, doing good does make someone beautiful...and most of the time it shows on the outside

I absolutely agree with that. I think that all people choose to be ugly. If you think you are ugly and do ugly things then you will be ugly. But if you believe you are beautiful, treat yourself and others so, and do beautiful and nice things, then you will be beautiful. I know that so many people say the saying "Beauty is on the inside" is what ugly people say, but I disagree. Because it's true. If you are beautiful inside, then you will be beautiful.

Yes. Self esteem, self confidence and inner beauty... and for those not so fortunate in the looks department a little help from make-up and other professionals.
