Sandy, you got those rose colored glasses on again.
The world would be more peacful if people held themselves accountable for their actions.
Historically crime rates soar when men are not attached to a family. Too many single men without family responsibilities creates crime.
So men might want to think about doing the things a woman respects. Even children do not obey a tyrant.
So quit asking to have your food cut up, and for foolish things like homemade pillows and wake up to the value of a competent partner.
Either marriage is a team effort or it is lost.
Men have already indicated what they want obeyed: give me your paycheck, raise the kids yourself, cut up my food, make me a pillow, and get smacked if I feel a little uncomfortable. Good show. Yeah, that's a recipe for world peace, alright....
How about some Respect? How about we all treat each other with respect? Now theres a beginning for world peace, dear, not male dominated/abused families.

In this day and age we could all be more faithful to our spouse. Most marriages don't even last. If we took more time to get to know each other and made the commitment of our voes in earnest as we should then the world might be a little better off. It's not just the wives to be more obedient but for men to love their wives with all there heart and more then they love themselves. Wives need to learn to respect there husbands and husbands give wives someone to respect!

Hi Sandstorm :-) No, I don't. I think the world would be more peaceful if husbands listened to their wives instead of running away to go have a beer.

A very nice gesture; it still wouldn't stop all the wars going on, especially in the Middle East and those women are obedient.

On the contrary i think the world would be more peaceful if women took a little bit more control of the situation! We prefer diplomacy over fights! Plus it would be a more appealing world too...
