Since I have been happily married for over 20yrs,
I would ignore her and if she tried to approach me
then I would put her in her place, as I would not
do anything to jeapordize my wonderful marriage
to my wonderful wife.

I'd do everything to distant her, not just do nothing. Management ethnics says that it is the worst idea to have office romance with a coworker, married or not. As a senior executive, I will not be dragged down by romors and bad examples.

I wouldn't do a damn thing. The operant words in this question are MARRIED. Actually, I'd avoid her as much as possible.
To some people, marriage actually means something.

I'd be flattered and scared about losing my job due to temptation... and getting my butt kicked at home.
