Physical contact...you may have done something while enjoying yourself and not known it (or your partner did). Your pain threshold is much higher when having sex, so you would likely not have felt anything at the time.
As for the fever...(s)he may have had a flu or something.
STD's take a while to develop.
If you're worried and your partner hasn't provided a complete history...visit the nearest clinic immediately. If you're a college student, there is usually one on campus. If you're still in school...and older than 16...you can probably have the tests done confidentially. If you're under 16, talk to the 'rents...or the one you are closest to. They will have to be involved. No choice there...it's the law.

The boys got slapped around a bit. It should pass in a day or so. Next time use a condom...the boys may still be overworked but you won't have to worry about STD's or being a Daddy.

Sometimes when i'm having sex rather fast, my genitals tend to slap up against my girlfriend which can cause them to be a little tender. but other than that i don't know. I would suggest you take a nice hot shower and let your genitals relax if that doesn't work see the professionals.

When you where having sex, did your balls hit her really hard?
It could be an STD, dont rule it out, but try to think of what else it could be.
