It is true that the bees waggle dance tells other bees the direction and distance to food. The pattern of the dance tells the direction and the intensity or speed of the waggle tells the distance to go. D is therefore correct bees also have to find the exact source of food when they get close. As far as I know they dont have mini GPS sets yet.
