It depends on what software you use to prepare your web pages. If you are using Microsoft FrontPage, for example, you can view two things. One is the page where you type the informaiton. Another is the source - html. You can see both on top menu. You have to click source and copy the code there.

How do you copy the code at a particular place where you want the information to be displayed?

You type in any letters, for example, "aa" in the place where you want the code, then go to the source html page, find where you have "aa" and copy the code over these letters. Then go back to the page where you are typing in the information and check if you have got the coded information at the right place. For more details you can visit http://www.askrangoo.com/faq.

The standard way (using computer keys not applications),
is to highlight the text you want copied, by clicking your left button, while dragging the mouse over it.
Then press Ctrl+"C" to copy to your clipboard.
Next, go to your website, click where you want to insert.
Then press Ctrl+"V" to insert the copied text.
