I have and it is very uncomfortable. I just pick out the eye that I think is looking a me and continue to focus on just that eye when I am speaking to the person.

I remember once I had jury duty, and one of the lawyers asked me a question, (one eye was normal and the other was swinging to the left..) so anyways she calls my name asks the question... but I'm confused caused she is starring at the guy next to me... so I freaked out and I'm looking around wondering what the heck is she looking at but then I realize she has one eye going the other way, so I answered the question as loud and as fast as possible, it was really akward.... I just starred at their forehead for the rest of the time...

Don't try to look to any of them (They get insulted, because if you have the misfortune to look at the one they don't choose, they'll take it as if you were actually not seeing at them at all).
I had a teacher, and the catch is that you have to look at them right in the middle of both eyes. Doing so, they won't be offended, and you don't have to "choose" an eye

My mum has an eye that will do that, but the weird thing is only rarely.
When she does it I wave my hand infront of her face to make it stop but she gets annoyed.
It freaks me out though. And it looks like she's uninterested, it's like she's staring off into space.
Another time my teacher was talking, but he had eyes that went off to the side, but he was still looking at you. I walked off and then realised he was talking to me, he just wasn't looking at me. I felt bad.

My eyes do that when I'm tired and when I'm watching something too long without glasses. One eye is nearsighted with an astigmatism, the other is farsighted. :)
I've seen people look away from my eyes when I was talking with them to avoid showing their reaction to it. :)

If one is looking at me, that one. If I can't tell, the person's nose between the eyes.

you just try and figure out which one does not move as much as the other, and look at them in that eye.

Look at the nose, it ain't going nowhere. You can also look at the forehead, or if you really want to be subtle, pick an eyebrow!
