I can relate to you in someways. I lost a husband 15 years ago to a drunk driver. They will go on with their life, but your's will never be the same. Any lawyer you hire will get a share of what you win on a lawsuit, but get one who does this kind of work. Don't take just any lawyer.

Mikey, So sorry to hear about your accident, And your right that kid had no business being on the streets drunk!! As far as a lawyer goes, all you really can do is call their office and inquire if they'd be interested in taking your case, try to stay away from the ones on TV, that advertise. Their usually not that good!! I can only imagine how much this must suck! I hope all works out for you!

I was driven off the road, aged 18, on my motorbike by a car driving on the wrong side of the road. I 'was' a plumber, just starting out, and looking forward to a life in a very rewarding job. Now, twenty years later, I have 'just' recovered from the head injury that I suffered. I will never get my arm back. You have all my sympathy friend, but you are not alone.

Dude, if you were drunk, how do you remember what you were doing one nano second ago? I think no one will unless they invent a machine that reads your brain cells.
