This cannot be a question for science. Nine is a number and numbers have no colors, smells and tastes.

well i don't have grapheme-color nor lexical-gustatory synesthesia...but when i think of "nine" i see red and smells/tastes orange--but then again, that's my favorite color and candy flavor.
