run hills and use a parachute. if u dont have a parachute get an old tire and tie it behind my back. before my 40 was a 4.6 i did this three weeks before the nike HS combine and got a 4.55 electronically timed.

Start off by getting your feet set properly. Then after you begin to run dont even look up just tuck in your chin and look at the ground. After 30 yards look up have your chest almost sticking out. And when you get near the finish line just lunge right across it. This should work. good luck

Although there are some expensive training places you can go to that have bungee cords and parachutes.You can do some things at home.try these.run in a sandpit(go to the beach or buy some builders sand at home depot),run with weights(especialy around legs)run uphill(walter payton used to run uphill with logs tied to each leg).run in water.run in woods.and a saw a "expert" in one of those expensive camps tell us to chase chickens.lol. good luck
