Does anyone know where to go on how to "hide" my background & lifestyle so it wont come up on my myspace page?

Simply omit the details you don't want shared or make the page private so it requires your approval to see the page.

Don't put anything down that you don't want known...

And check your page frequently to make sure no one's hacked it.

go to accout setting and find where you can block your profile and mark block or disable view profile to all.
