I'd be an Ape fish. But since those are very very rare and endangered I might have to pick between a Mandarin Gobi or the Plateosaurus. The Gobi because he looks good at every angle and the Plateosaurus because they are unique like the Gobi and very rare endangered like the Ape fish.

Dolphin -- because they are intelligent and have recreational sex.
Other than that Angler Fish, because the Female is a Huge, UGLY bottom feeder, with a bioluminescent lure, and the male when it mates eventually becomes a parasite to the female and slowly is no longer "his own man."

I wouldn't want to be a fish. I would want to be a protected species of shark. That way I could eat the fish and no one could catch me.
