Isn't it kind of dry there? I wouldn't do it, unless you want to be like Lake Tahoe.

the indian reservation is the only place where you have the big bosy like M-80s and stuff. in las Vegas in your yard you can do not in the parks, however.

i live in Reno and only under supervision downtown where the city handles it. we are just getting over the smoke from Lake Tahoe

It has to be on private property. Nothing on public property. Even the street in front of your house is public property. :P
