I am horrible at math - so I do everything the long way. I can't figure out 35% of $24, but I can figure out 35% of $10.00 or $1.

So I do 35% of $10.00 ($3.50) x 2 = $7.00
Then I do 35% of $1. (35 cents) x 4 = $1.40

So your answer is $8.40

(I think :-)

$8.40 is the answer, the math is simple

24 x .35

But I listed a link to a calculator for you to use

35% is .35. Surely you can multiple 24 times .35. Your computer has a calculator, if you need one or want to use one.

35% divided 100% = 0.35%
0.35% x $24 = $8.40
$24 - $8.40 = $15.60 or $24 + $8.4 = $32.40

There is an another way...
35% divided 100% = 0.35
0.35% + 1 = 1.35%
1.35% x $24 = $32.40

each greenback has a hundred cents. If 24 balls are $36 the unit value is the money mandatory to purchase a million ball. To discern this out divide 36 with the aid of 24. you will get a million.5 - in money a million.5 is $a million.50 (One greenback and 50 cents). the respond is H.
