I think we should live every day as if it were to be our last. None of us have the promise of living tomorrow anyway. Now, getting back to the question, since there is no tomorrow, today I shall be glad. I will love, laugh, eat drink, visit, share, care about others around me more than myself, show the love that God has given me in every way I can, and tell all I meet up with about how Jesus died so they might live forever. This isn't anything new to me however. I try to live every day doing quite the same. No one knows the day nor the hour that Christ will return and He will return as a thief in the night, in other words, unexpectedly. Just as He may choose to do tomorrow. Where will you spend eternity?

If there wasn't a tomorrow, what would I do tomorrow? I'm not a doctor or anything, but that doesn't make any sense.
But if today was the last day ever, then I would spend time with friends and family. Then around like 5 o'clock at night, I'd get mad drunk with my buddies and play some beer pong.
*Edit*
It appears you blew 'Whit's mind.

If there were no tomorrow...there is always a tomorrow in one form or another. However, no tomorrow would mean that today would be endless because tomorrow would never come. Therefore, I would be this age forever and things would remain as they are now. Sort of like the movie "Groundhog Day".

I would try to make amends with the people I'm not on such good terms with and I would leave where I am right now and drive six hours to be with my family: my brother, my mom, my dad. And this question just made me realize that where I am and who I'm with are not my top priorities at all. So why am I still here? : )

There is always a tomorrow with eternity.
But if there were not a tomorrow in this realm for me.. then i would continue doing what i am doing now. Loving the Lord with my whole heart.. loving those in my life.. my family and friends. And letting them all know how much i have loved them all my life. Not worrying about tomorrow.. tomorrow will see about itself:)

Try something like this next time:
"If this were the last day of your life, what would you do?"
Or:
"If you knew there would be no tomorrow for you, what would you do?"
I would put on my prettiest Hawaiian shirt, drink fine ales, listen to loud music, and feast like a Viking of old. Then I'd go skydiving.

Say the things I've never said (nothing to loose now).
Do as many of the things I've never done as I could (last chance).
And cry, because regardless of one's beliefs, no one knows for sure what's beyond this life, if anything, and that fear and pain would make it impossible to get one...last...sleep.

I'd be relieved that my crappy life is finally coming to an end. Then I'd go play Call of Duty for 8 hours, while drinking beer.

I would cook. My family likes to get together to feast for any occasion. All those "no no" foods would be at the top of the menu.
