Nope, accounts aren't transferable. Buy it in a real store.

Well I suggest selling your account to a friend that you know. all you have to do is write down your recovery questions though. and if they steal pass just put it down and youll have ur account back. i sold my runescape account like that. sold a lvl 75 for 20 bucks lol
