I recently had a party... it was a night of drinking. A 14 year old girl showed up and i suspect her of taking advantage of me while i was incapacitated. Her parents have taken her to the doctor to try and get evidence to charge me with rape. But arent i the one who was raped? even though she was underage i was incoheirent if this actually did occur... does that make me guilty of stachutory rape? and how should i go about this?

It is technically impossible for a man to be raped in the eyes of the law - it would be viewed as a sexual assault - because of the legal definition of rape.
Being unconscious and having a girl take advantage of you is not a crime however as far as I am aware. You had no intention to commit an act - that was down to her.
She on the other hand ... well her actions are more than a little dodgy. If she has made untrue allegations, well at the least, she can be charged with wasting police time.

You didn't say how old the girl was you had sex with, but most jursidictions consider sex with a minor over a three year age difference statutory rape. If you were the same age, then it would not likely be statutory rape. If she was 10 or 11, then you got problems.

You can be charged with statutory rape. IF you get out of this mess, i suggest you (1) stay sober and (2) Avoid underage females at all cost.

You were foolish to consume alcohol at a party where a 14 year old minor was present and it highly likely that the D.A. will purse charges against you. You abuse of alcohol to the point of blackout is not going to be a very good defense. You need to hire a good attorney as soon as possible.

Good luck with that. I don't think anyone else with believe you either, but it's a good try.
Get a lawyer. You're going to need one if she has any evidence on her.
