Can any one help me in an Interview?

I am studying BBA in London and applying for visit visa in USA embassy, can any one help me in this matter?

Gosh going to USA

you will have to give your entire history/background.......like who is/was your Parents,Grandparents,girfriends,mates...etc
Also you will have to give a blood sample,DNA test,hair sample,spit sample and so on.
