Ok, I was going out with this chick for a few weeks, she decided to break up with me cause she thought she loved her ex. I was heart broken, but I got over it and her a couple days later. But I still loved her. The next day her and her friend called me and told me that she didn’t love her ex, she loved me, and she asked me out again, I said yes. About a week later she broke up with me cause her mom didn’t want us to date. I was again heart broken, but still loved her. I haven’t been able to talk to her cause of certain reasons, but she talked to my sister the other day and told her that she missed me and wanted me back. I don’t want to get hurt again, but I miss her and I love her.

I would try to find a way to talk to this girl - to hear exactly how she feels about you.
It sounds like she needs time to figure out exactly what she wants - and you should give her the time that she needs. With the way things are right now (whatever the "certain reasons" are - which is most likely the fact that you are both girls...) - this will allow her the time she needs.
If after all that, she continues to play "games" - then I would move on as she will continue to hurt you in this way down the line.
I wish the two of you all the best - it sounds like there is a lot of potential here :)

Dude, the sea is full of fishes. If you want her, you know you are gonna have to be "the" guy for her mom, unless there is a religion difference, there is better not to try. Respect and love yourself a little bit and forget her, thrust me, time will erase all pains, but start right now!!
