I may be moving to Austrailia and just renewed my contract with cingular and will not swich carriers for two years. So anyway will AT&T/Cingular work in Austrailia? I will be moving to Sidney or the Sidney area in three to six months.

If your cell phone is international capable you can sign up for the Cingular World Connect for 3.99 a month. Or you can let them now and they can update all of your information and let you know if your phone will work there.

No but you can get out of the contract with out penality. When you get to the new country just provide proof of residency and they will release you. No charges.
