I do. I think that music gives emotion, feeling, and atmosphere to events such as sad, horror , or suspenseful (like in Jaws).

A good score should not call attention to itself, but should complement the film, as you mentioned. I do tend to notice it, though.

I always pay attention to the music. Its like it comes with watching the movie. Its not like I listen to the music for some of the movie, I simaltameously listen to the music and enjoy the movie. I looooovvvvveeee music, so its natural I do that. I don't even have to think about it, I just do it.

Not me. When I was 20 and I heard 'Silence of the Lambs' had won an award for its musical score I was quite surprised, as I'd seen it twice at the cinema and hadn't noticed it had any music at all.

I do.

I have seen otherwise competant movies ruined by horrible music selections.

I've also seen otherwise forgettable films transformed into amazing pieces of art through the wise selection of music --- see Conan the Barbarian !

I love music anyway, so paying attention to the score is second nature.

ys music is sooo important. if u changes a happy music to a horror music in some situations, ud be terrified
