If it takes 15 men 210 days, then each man does 1/3150 of the work per day.

15 men at the end of 100 days would have finished 1500/3150, leaving 1650/3150 to be done.

30 men would complete 1650/3150 of the work in 1650/30 days, which is 55. Answer (c).

15 men took 210 days
therefore
1 man requires 15 x 210 = 3150 days to complete the same work
therefore in 1 day 1 man complete 1/3150 of the total work
therefore
in 100 days 15 men completes (15 x 1/3150 x 100) = 10/21 of the total work
After 100 days there are 30 men
they will complete the remaining task i.e. 1 - 10/21 of the total work in 1/30 x 11/21 x 3150 = 55 days
