I have a ton of AP stuff to do over the summer and I'm going to be a senior. I want to have fun over the summer not do work!! Who else hates this as much as I do?

I know hat you mean, Stacie, AP English is a killer! Most work EVER! lol I also have to readlike 4 books and write an essay for Language and Compostion then a really retarded Biology lab for AP Bio, inclding 3 essays. It is so confusing! I also have to do AP spanish work on top of that.

Omg me too! I'm guessing you're taking AP english? that summer work is killer, i have 4 books to read and a couple short stories and a poem...and thennnn an essay comparing it all! I also have AP Calculus work and some other stuff...eik. Oh well, it will be worth it in the end, AP looks so good on college applications. I bet you're as psyched as me about being a senior :). One more year then college! Yay! haha well Good luck getting all that work done!

You are in AP. Be thankful that you have the smarts for it. The payback is later on when you get credits toward college and either have a lighter workload or get to take more electives that you might like.
Get used to working through the summer. Most jobs in the real world are year-round.
As for work, I probably have a lot more than you do. I'm a new teacher and will be spending the summer preparing interesting lessons for the upcoming school year. Yes, I do try to make the lessons student appropriate and even humorous.

Wow. So much work in AP classes. Almost makes me want to get off the track. I'm a sophomore and I'm going to have AP stat this year. I haven't got any work yet.

i do but not as bad as u in gonna be a freshman next year. and I'm in English honors so i have to do a book report, AlgebraII so I have alot of papers from that, Biology honors so i have to do a project and a lab. I hate it too ={

i hear you girl! seriously i even have a summer assingnment for spanish 4! (reading this book in spanish) IT sucks ***, i mean itz summer dammit, you shouldnt have to do the crap.
