I wouldnt doubt it. I cancelled my service with Sprint shortly after they took Nextel over. They jacked my bill up and wouldnt undo the charges they charged me for phones I never bought. One of their service stores STOLE one of my brand new phones and claimed I NEVER dropped it off there to be fixed. They were overall one of the worst comapnies I ever had to deal with. I ever got them to waive my cancellation charge. I was livid with them. They actually ended up sending me a check when I cut my service off for 150. :) haha

That top ten list is suspect when Verizon is on there but Capital One isn't. Verizon and Microsoft are two of the best companies for customer service in my opinion based on wait times of less than 5 minutes and dedication to resolve a problem, while Capital One consistently screws people over and is quick to offer that you use another company if you don't like it. Unless the sample voting was done in an area that gets poor Verizon coverage, I cannot see it being up there.

Yes one of Sprints Customer Service Representatives told me that they had the worst customer service and that Verizon has the best. Of course he did not have to tell me who had the worse customer service because I already knew. I have been with sprint for 12 years

I was previously with Sprint. The wait time for them was extremely long. I hated when I had to call customer service for something. When I moved to a different city in a different county, they kept billing taxes for both counties.

t-mobile has the best customer service.

All the cell phone companys lack customer service all they want is profit.

i totally agree with MRFILLUP i have tmobile and they ALWAYS help me when something is wrong.....T- Mobile C.S. ROXXXXXXXXXX..........................
