It can be twisted around a toothpick to make a Cotton swab
make a light day panty liner
spray paint it and make a wig
Use it in shoes for foot pads
stop runny noses with it
toilet paper

Ohhh making uses out of junk, my favourite thing to do :) Such a waste throwing it out :)
I'd say squash it up and glue some of those googly eyes onto it and make some Lint Friends. Thats all I can think of though.
