how do can i make a mak without features ?

i'd like to make a white mask smooth as eggs and without nose shape or eye holes

Plaster of paris, or clay that does not need to be baked.
You can use a rounded object like a balloon or a tube shape like a tall cookies can, or make it on a flat surface if you do not need to mask to be shaped.
Look at the masks on internet, search pictures with the search-word "mask" as there must be a lot on internet.

If you use clay you might be able to make the mask flat but shape it when it is drying. (Do test this before you ruin your nice mask.)

If your mask is not white enough, or not as smooth as you want it, dip it in white paint, the kind you put on the wall.
(This way you can even choose the exact colour.)
