Chambers 19 Bistro & Bar...it's a local restaurant. They serve burgers, chicken, duck, steak, etc. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and relaxing, plus the restaurant is located in a quaint cultural/shopping district. So when you are done with your meal, you can go shopping in the quaint stores. The only downside is that it can be hard to find parking, because you have to either park on the street (and pay a parking meter) or try to locate a public parking lot. Friday and Saturday nights, especially during the summer months, will prove to be the most difficult times to find even one open parking space.

A Brazillian Barbeque (Rodizio) in Manhattan called Churrascaria Plataforma. The most amazing food. Not to be missed, but be prepared to pay for it, it's very expensvie but oh-so worth it as a once a year visit. It's the most fun with a group.
