is a Dwarf gourami able to get along with a 7-8" pleco and 1.5" corys? how about live bearers?

Yes they're generally fine, they can be aggressive on occasions but its minimal

My 8" and 19" plecos, and 6 corys get along with everybody. Needless to say, the large pleco NOBODY messes with!

Livebearers and dwarf gouramis can live with those fish choices. Make sure you have enough space in your tank.
