well if an album of greatest hits counts I would say
The Rolling Stones - 40 Licks
but if you want a real album then I would have to go with
Pink Floyd - The Wall

Hysteria by Def Leppard
Hit after hit on that album....you know one of those albums you can let play from start to end and every song is great. That to me is a #1 album.
