I can never decide. If it is over.. the print looks good but the end is hard to find (unless you live in a motel where they fold it for you). If it is under it seems easier to unroll but you see teh reverse side of double thickness toilet paper adn that interferes with the decor.
So I face this dilemma every time I go to put on a new roll and therefore I leave the job for someone else.
If I had to decide... I would choose over because you sound like a very sensible person and that's appealing (for 10 points). :-)
