check out what other apt are renting for.
look at city-data.com looks as though rents are between 700.00 and 900.00

Homes in San Antonio, approx. same footage, rent for $850 to $1,200. Average may be $850-$950. It depends on how many and what kinds of amenities, location, rooms?/bathroom?. Good luck. I hope you get a good renter who will take care of the place for you!

For at least as much as the mortgage and taxes cost. Try looking it up in the newspaper as to what comparable places are going for
