Three reasons this question should be taken out and shot:
1) Retards is spelled wrong -- the most hilarious thing I've seen all day.
2) Parents is spelled wrong.
3) Nothing in your question makes any grammatical or logical sense; you've strangely reversed the chronological order of generational succession -- at least I think you did. Your question is such a grammatical tragedy that I can't comprehend what you're even trying to say.
