I love the name Shiso ("shee-so"). It's Japanese, it's a herb that has a very pleasant scent. But I don't think I can use it because of the first 3 letters (if you know what I'm talking about). I also like the following Japanese names: Aki (autumn), Nami (wave), Rie ("ree-ay" not sure of the meaning) and Sora (as you mentioned).
I also like Greek names:
Niobe ("nee-oh-bee") - it sounds cute but the meaning behind it isn't that great. She is a greek goddess, who was arrogant, etc.
Melina - honey
Athena

I think Sora is very nice, but I'm afraid that it would lead to teasing among peers. Things like I'm going to "sora-way"...But again like I said, I do think it's a lovely name and it is actually the name of the lead video game character.

Ha, it's funny you mention Sora.....I love that name! Japanese names are awesome, but unfortunately they just sound weird on anybody who isn't Japanese (therefore I'll never get to use them, lol). Anyway, I really like:
Girls:
Ayumi, Sayumi, Aya, Sakura, Midori, Haruka, Kaori, Hikari, Suzu, Hana, Mika, Momoko
Boys:
Kado, Hikaru, Renjiro, Tasuke, Akio, Kaoru, Kenji, Seiji,
