It just may be hard to find one on the net. BUT, if you have a library that you can access, you are in SO MUCH LUCK! Go to someone in the library that works there and can help you. Ask them for newspapers from 1992 (and anything else you need). Sadly, I forgot the name of the device, but most libraries store newspapers and magazines from way back when. You can even print them for a small amount of money. 5 cents per page at the most.

Hope that helped!

You're probably not going to be able to find a paper that old online. But you might have luck at the library. If you're not in the town you need the newspaper from, go to your local library and ask the librarian for help. They could have a microfiche collection of that paper or you might be able to order it from the library in the other town.

Good luck! :)

The newspaper will probably make you become a member to access the archives from that far back.
