There have been many gay kings of England, Richard I, Edward II and James I are three and Edward VIII went both ways. Queen Anne was probably a lesbian even though she had 17 children (perhaps because of that ).
The first duty of a monarch is to ensure the succession. Gay or not, he needs to take a wife and father children with her. Richard, Edward and James all did their duty. After the line is secure they can sleep with whoever they like and need not bother their queen again if they don't want to. Many kings took mistresses.
If gay unions were legal then it would be possible for a king to have a gay union but it would have to be agreed by parliament. If parliament refused, he would have to either abandon the idea or abdicate. His best bet would be to take a wife and have his gay lover on the side.

Do you mean the king's partner's title? He would not get anything automatically - men who married titled women do not get courtesy titles - but the king would possibly create his partner a prince and/or a duke, which is what Elizabeth did for Philip. Had she not done so he would not have had any titles simply through marriage. He would also probably make his gay partner a Knight of the Garter.

The King is the King regardless of sexual orientation. A prospective husband of the King would have no automatic title, but would more than likely be created a Prince and be given a Dukedom.

There have been gay royals throughout history. Edward II of England is one such example. His affairs are well-documented. In any case, royal marriages are often arranged, love and even affection being largely irrelevant. This being the case, he would still be King.

He would still be king. If you're talking about his spouse, it would depend on the laws of the country. In Britain, the spouse of a monarch doesn't automatically receive any title - he'd probably receive a Dukedom.

Did anyone else see the special last night on "Prime time" after Shaq's great show? Anyway, the PrInce in India came out, and ,so far, his parents have disowned him. They don't believe a person is born that way.blah blah blah. He's trying to work hard for other gay people to come out of the closet. We'll have to see if his parents come around. (So backword!)
