It's not a question of "should or should not" a guy have hair on his testicles. The fact IS some do and some do not. Should does not enter into the picture. It is normal to have some hair there.

Yea there should be.It is a sign of puberty. There will also be some on your c0ck but not below the testicles.

no but there should be hair growing on your scrotum which is the sac in which your testicles are housed.
