Can anyone tell me what are the best places(discoteques, or clubs) in Paris, London or Berlin. Thanks

Go there and ask your hotel or hostel staff. Best go for one near the place you stay, easier to get home.
The best or most popular one can change on a daily basis, and you would not see the difference between the best and the tenth in a town, as there are many more that are good.

If you really want more information on the club-scene in those towns, use google.
There are many sites with reviews and you can also read the celebrity magazines, they also often show the most hip places in town.
